Bug description:
After the upgrade to Ubuntu 9.10 Network Manager will no longer
connect to previous LEAP sessions, the password field is greyed out
and blank, and the connect button is not active. You must create a
new wireless connection every time you want to connect to a LEAP
encrypted wireless network.
This is a regression from 9.04 function.
