In released 12.04, the app opens ibus-setup is "Keyboard Input Method".
"IBus" app shouldn't be there I guess.

2) ibus 1.4.1-3ubuntu
3) I expected the ibus preferences application to open.
4) I got no response nothing visual no way to select the ibus preferences.
