GNOME upstream has released a new version of orca. For GNOME 3.6, the
version is 3.6.1, but Orca upstrea have maintained a python 3 branch of
orca at the same time during 3.6 development, hense the 3.7.0.x version
number, since 3.8 is likely going to move to python 3.
Please consider this update for quantal.
