Updating from ubuntu 11.10 to ubuntu 12.04 made the Keyboard and
touchpad of the laptop, to work in erradic ways.

Keyboard: It stalls from time to time, by responding: too slow to keypresses,
and at that time it repeats pressed characters.
Touchpad: It like havving a very slow resolution. I am moving the finger on the
touchpad, and the mouse pointer refreshes 1-2 times per second. The touchpad
cannot be used.

I've made a clean install of Ubuntu 12.04, Still having the same
problem.

The problem also exists on Clear console (outside Xorg Graphic
environment).

The above also exists on ubuntu Live CD
