Bug description:
When I add a new account, that account appears at the top of the
accounts list. This is unexpected behaviour, because to add the
account I would have selected "Add account" at the bottom of that
list. After I close the Online Accounts panel and open it again, that
new account is (correctly) at the bottom of the list.
