account above the add account button.

Bug description:
On 12.10 if you open Online Accounts, then click 'Add account...',
then click 'Show accounts that integrate with: Gwibber', twitter is
not listed. Changing that to All Applications and setting up the
account from there works fine and Gwibber can then use twitter.
