No, that's not the case, there have been no changing for this key
binding. You/someone may have changed the shortkey on your system

Bug description:
I noticed that Alt + drag mouse to move window is changed to Super +
drag window. While this change makes sense, it is annoying that the
normal super action triggers as well. Especially the super overlay
obstructs the view behind it.
What I suggest is that if the Super button is pressed and the user
clicks the mouse button, the normal super action should be aborted.
