If this bug report had been of the form "Chat status icons are nearly
dwarfed by the radio marks", that could have been marked fixed. But
"Increase size of status icons in Me-Menu"? We don't have a me menu any
more, the radio marks in menus are much smaller nowadays, and the status
icons are about the right size. So, Invalid.
