Bug description:
Steps to reproduce:
1) Nautilus / Connect to SSH server, add favourite for it
2) Start Gnome/Gtk application
3) Try to open a file from this remote location
Expected results:
* The SSH mount should be available in the shortcuts part of the Open dialog
Real result:
* The SSH mount is not available in the shortcuts part of the Open dialog
Workaround:
* Show hidden files and navigate to ~/.gvfs/name of SSH connection in the
Open dialog
