I've tried to install a number of games and wine 1.4, but without any luck, I
keep getting an error message, I'm on ubuntu 11.10
any ideas

unable to install anything,

Bug description:
whenever I try to install anything I get the error message "failed to
download package files check your internet connection"
doesn't appear to be anything wrong with my internet connection, that all
seems to be running ok.
