Bug description:
Was running Quantal daily, and latest drop of evolution.
lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu quantal (development branch)
Release: 12.10
apt-cache policy evolution
evolution:
Installed: 3.5.90-0ubuntu1
Initial attempt to send message failed, and message was left in Outbox.
Subsequent attempt worked, but message in Outbox was not removed, and every
other send/receive caused message to be sent.
Message needed to be manually purged.
