Mouse hangs when using multi monitor setup

Bug description:
Moving the mouse or moving windows from one monitor to another back
and forth hangs for a while. Makes it very hard to work with a multi
monitor setup. It' very disturbing to have the mouse hang every time
tou move it between monitors. Also, when movind windows is even more
disturbing because it sometimes tries to resize the window on each
monitor. The transition between monitors shuld be smooth, like having
an extension of the monitor. Take a look at the ulpaded video.
