  Unity dash ignores GNOME cursor blink settings

Bug description:
  Some bugs like this one are because Unity doesn't use standard GTK
  widgets.

  1. Open System Settings>Keyboard.
  2. Make sure "Cursor blinks in text fields" is checked and set the slider all 
the way to the right so that the cursor blinks very fast.
  3. Most of Ubuntu respects this setting but the Dash does not.
