Bug description:
SRU testcase
1. make sure the dash is in Desktop mode
2. click its outer border
3. see the dash closes
4. now install unity from precise-proposed
5. note the dash does not close anymore by clicking its border
Currently clicking on the desktop dash border closes the Dash, this is
incorrect.
Desired behaviour:
- Clicking on the desktop dash border should do nothing. The dash should
remain open.
