  Trying to Buy 'Voley Brawl' app with mastercard and got 'FRAUD
  SUSPICION'  error.

  I think you should remove Belarus and probably some other countries
  from high risk.

  You trying to sell software and if someone want to steal software he
  just goes to another torrent tracker and download it for free.
  Definitely he will not fraud Ubuntu Software Center to take some paid
