Title:
Launcher on top of maximised applications after plugging in external
  monitor

Status in Unity:
  Expired
Status in “unity” package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
I unplugged my external monitor, walked around with my laptop for a
while, and when plugging it back in, the Launcher is now on top of all
maximised applications, no way to "fix" it apparently (short of a
  restart, I would guess).
