Launcher stuck open after wathcing youtube video in fullscreen

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open youtube video
2. Make it fullscreen
3. Go to the left side of the screen with your mouse (like you would to call
the launcher)
4. Exit fullscreen using the button on bottom right of the video
Result:
Launcher is open and it will not hide until you hover it with the mouse
pointer

Launcher is hidden
