Bug description:
  The sensitivity slider (under System->preferences->mouse) seems to
  have no effect whatsoever. I have a Logitech MX620 (usb wireless)
  mouse. This symptom also occurs in Jaunty Beta as well as Ubuntu
  Intrepid.
