This signal has been moved in telepathy, but isn't, and almost certainly
won't be addressed in python-telepathy. Therefore it can't be fixed in
lernid.

Binary package hint: empathy
#launchpad-dev@freenode rarely displays its topic. I can see via xchat that
the topic is

When I set the topic (using /topic) on #launchpad@freenode, I do not
see my change. I do not see other user changes. If I leave the room
then return. I see the updated topic.
