menus not visible (netbeans) or are disappearing when working with
notepadd++ under wine

Bug description:
When I am working with Netbeans, the menu is not visible. Only when I click
in the area of the menu I see the one point I clicked on.
When working with notepad++, using wine, sometimes all menus are disappearing
- Nautilus, Browser etc. Only log out and again log in solves the problem and
makes the menus show up again.
