Marwan, please close Ubuntu Software Center, then open a Terminal window
and type this:
software-center picsaw
Once USC has launched to show the Picsaw screen, copy everything that
appeared in the Terminal window and paste it into this bug report.

No matter what do i choose, a software, a game, a package. there is NO
SCREEN SHOT in software center. im on Kubuntu 12.04 latest. Thank you
