Bug description:
[Test Case]
1. Open a terminal, (or some other application) and focus it
2. Press Alt+F1 to enter panel keyboard navigation
3. Navigate to the workspace switcher, and press Enter to activate it
-> Verify that the keyboard focus is on the switcher, i.e. you can control
the switcher with your keyboard
[Regression Potential]
Just an idle handler, no regression potential here.
Original description:
1. Open a terminal, (or some other application) and focus it
2. Press Alt+F1 to enter panel keyboard navigation
3. Navigate to the workspace switcher, and press Enter to activate it
4. Note that keyboard focus is still on the terminal, so keyboard control of
the switcher does not work
