thanks for your bug report. That I believe is working as its intended
to. You can change that behavior in CCSM under unty plugin... In the
switcher tab untick 'bias alt-tab to prefer......'

Bug description:
I am running 12.04 with 2 monitors, A and B. Suppose I run 2 copies
of firefox (any application), on on A and the other on B. Now I
minimize the firefox on A, then click on the firefox button on
Laucher, it does NOT show me a list of firefox windows to choose
from. However, if both copies of firefox is opened on the same
monitor, the problem does not exists.
