[panel] libreoffice menu isn't shown in panel until focusing another
app and refocusing libreoffice

Bug description:
I've installed lo-menubar; in unity 3d it work great, but in unity 2d
it has a little bug: when I start Writer I can't select the menu
because it's empty. If I select an other window (e.g. google chrome)
and select the libreoffice window, the LO menu is shown in the panel
