I'm using Ubuntu 11.04
Sometimes when I use some applications in fullscreen mode, the unity
panel is still visible on top of the app, I can't do anything to fix.
It doesn't happens always but often.
It's similar to the bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/unity/+bug/734908
but I'm using one monitor
