Bug Description:
Software center has a spinner in the top right that appears when the lp
subscription is being made and the payment process completes. It looks to me
like there is a race condition, if the spinner appears after the lp/pay process
has completed it doesn't get removed. If it appear before the lp/pay process
is completed it is removed upon completion.

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Buy 1 $0 app
2. Buy a second in the same session
3. Buy a third.
repeat till the spinner stays see attached screenshot
Expected Results:
I expect the spinner to die the minute that the lp/pay page stops.
