Title:
PPPoE DSL connections don't show up via wireless connection; pppoeconf
works
Status in NetworkManager:
Unknown
Status in “network-manager” package in Ubuntu:
Triaged
Bug description:
Binary package hint: network-manager
DSL Connections (PPPoE) are always listed under Wired Networks, so
when you are connected to a Wireless Network, they will not be listed,
and you can not connect to them.
I have PPPoE over my Wireless Network, and I should always use command line
(pppoeconf,pon,poff) to make the connection.
However, when I'm connecting to the network using an Ethernet cable, they
will show up and I can use them without any problem.
