Title:
Network Manager tooltip for DNS does not contain useful information

Status in “network-manager-applet” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: network-manager

Putting cursor over the "DNS Servers" field in Network Manager brings
up a tooltip for the "Addresses" section of the window.

Please include a useful tooltip for DNS Servers, Search Domains, and
DHCP Client ID, explaining what the fields mean and how a user should
input data (delimited by spaces, for example).

See attached image for example of issue.
