Yotam Benshalom, one thing that can cause a file corruption on ext4 systems is a hard shutdown (pushing in power and holding until pc shuts down or power disruption). However, if you have a crash file from a prior known event, LO may not populate a new crash file or overwrite the prior one. Could you please delete the crash file in /var/crash from several days ago, reproduce the problem, and see if a new crash file is populated? If a new crash file is created please report a new bug as described in comment #3. If not, feel free to mark this back to New.
