  File size wrong calculation ubuntu 12.04

Status in “nautilus” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  i have downloaded an ISO from centos site the size is 698MB as per the
  site after i downloaded it it shows 730MB.. i have tested this by
  downloading other files to .. the file size is shown wrong ( increases
  ) for all the files regardless of file type  . im attaching
  screenshots of the file sises .. so u get an idea of what im talking
  about .. plz not the file size in the status bar. i have noticed  this
  in ubuntu 11.10 to

  OS=ubuntu 12.04
  Nautilus version = 3.4
