It sounds like we need a string for invalid password that can be
retrieved by any application that needs it, however such a solution
would be difficult to implement for so many disparate applications. Not
exactly papercut material.

Bug description:
In a new installation of Ubuntu there are incosistencies in the text
used to describe when a user enters their password incorrectly. The
ones I have found are:
Logging in from boot:
"Invalid password, please try again"
Unlocking your computer:
"Incorrect password"
PolicyKit: Authenticating an operation e.g. installing an application:
"Your authentication attempt was unsuccessful. Please try again."
sudo: Putting in a password in the terminal:
"Sorry, try again."
Entering a password on tty1-6
"Login incorrect"
It could be argued that the text used for logging in should be
different to the other tasks, but even then there are inconsistencies
