Bug description:
There is no icon for the window opened for inappropriate reviews
reporting
TEST CASE:
1. Open Software Center and navigate to the details view for an application
that has reviews (e.g. Guake)
2. Scroll down to one of the reviews and click the "Inappropriate?" link.
3. Verify that a dialog window opens and it is accompanied by an entry with a
Software Center icon in the Unity launcher.
Be careful not to repeat bug 757430. It may save time to fix that bug
at the same time as this bug.
