Title:
  USC wont let me downgrade to an older version of Chrome

Status in “software-center” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: software-center

  I tried to grab Chrome from the Google Dev Channel (the version
  appears to be the stable one), but USC wont let me replace the
  existing Beta Channel version.  Screenshot attached.
