I've just found something that may or may not be related to the bug. Not sure about it.
My 12.04 is installed aboard a notebook. I've noticed that when suspending, a message shows up in text screen: *...(some ids.)... host controller process error. Very bad !* *...(some ids.)... host controller halted. Fatal* *...(some ids.)... HC died; cleaning up.* and then everything remains frozen till I press the notebook power button. After that the notebook gets suspended and, upon the following power up, it wakes up as smoothly as ever. Doesn't seem harmful but it's there. Do you think it's related to the same bug ? Or I'd better report it as a different bug ? Sorry about bothering again. Best regards. gck. ------------ g - c - k ------------ On Sun, Apr 29, 2012 at 5:05 PM, Scott Kitterman <ubu...@kitterman.com>wrote: > Yes.
