oh, that's not a bug, firefox is still running so it does focus the ui
components on left click
Closing the bug, that's also a duplicate, similar bugs have been opened
about i.e nautilus and copy dialogs

-Download with FF an ubuntu image.
-Close FF (the download window still open and active)
-Click on FF icon to reopen it and it won't work.
**workaround**
-right click on FF icon and select open a new window
