Title:
disable "Browse with caret" by default
Status in “yelp” package in Ubuntu:
Incomplete
Bug description:
Binary package hint: yelp
currently yelp preferences by default set to enabled
"Accessibility/Browse with caret" option, which makes it inconvenient
to scroll through manual pages.
I think that be default this option should be set to "off".
