Title:
  Launcher - launcher have a weird background if cursor is over it while
  opening dash

Bug description:
  1. login to Unity
  2. start nautilus and maximize it
  3. open dash by clicking on the BFB or place the cursor over the launcher and 
press super key

  What happens:
  launcher have a weird background and does not cleanly blend with the dash and 
panel color.

  What should happen. It should appear fine.

  I have attached two screenshots first is how it appears now and second
  shows how it should appear.
