[regression] The keyboard shortcuts overlay bottom is truncated.

Bug description:
The shortcut overlay shown when Super is pressed is truncated. You no
longer can see the bottom decoration. This happened after the update
to compiz 0.9.4 and is a regression. See attached screenshot for more
details. Apport has all the details about my system.
