Window displaced after minimising and restoring a maximised window

Bug description:
When minimising and later restoring a maximised window, it is
displayed too far up. It looks as if the title bar is missing and the
top of the window dissapears behind the top bar.
However the window acts as if it is in the right place. So to use it,
I have to click slightly below where the buttons are displayed.
To fix it, I have to un-maximise the window and maximise it again.
This guy seemed to have a similar problem but no answer in the forum:
