I double checked, and this bug is not present in jammy. It looks like it
was first introduced in gnome 46 (https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-
control-center/-/commit/4f482d96933386b318a91d48fee46e930791ff0e) when
the enterprise login dialog was broken out into its own file.
