Public bug reported:
I have Ubuntu set to English but with German region settings for
numbers, date, etc. I also set 24h clock instead of 12h. All
appointments in the calendar (the widget that pops up if I click on the
clock in the top system bar) show with "1 - 1" as time instead of the
actual time. If I change the clock settings from 24h to 12h, the correct
time is being displayed.
