This bug was fixed in the package gnome-shell - 50.1-0ubuntu1

---------------
gnome-shell (50.1-0ubuntu1) resolute; urgency=medium

  * d/p: Refresh and drop applied upstream.
    Applied Upstream:

While the upstream dash cannot be destroyed, in ubuntu we use use it in
dash-to-dock and each dash instance is destroyed every time we lock the
screen, thus it's important to disconnect from global signals or we end
up leaking them (and thus a memory hog) and potentially access to
    destroyed data.
