If some themes work but others don't then it suggests the Yaru theme is
missing a cursor. Or it may suggest that legacy X11 cursor themes are
somehow working around the problem. They had different code paths in
Mutter last time I checked.
Please show us a screenshot of the correct cursor when using "white
glass, red glass and handhelds" in case the problem is Yaru a missing
cursor.
Please also try to find evidence of the problem occurring in some other
app that is not based on Electron/Chromium.
