* Replace Revert-clutter-frame-clock-Remove-min_render_time_allowed.patch
with clutter-frame-clock-Don-t-skip-the-next-frame.patch
to resolve the same bug, but compatible with 50.rc.
* Bump dependencies:
- wayland-protocols >= 1.47
- pipewire >= 1.5.84
