Hmm, looks like some ppc64el quirk of rust-coreutils' `stty` program? It builds fine on Debian. Might be reproducible on a Debian porterbox with Debian's rust-coreutils package, not sure how much different that is to Ubuntu's (it apparently hasn't been merged in a long time). But I'm afraid I don't have much time for debugging that in the next days.
