Public bug reported:
No scroll zoom, so I tried to enable it, and ultimately failed, because
keybinding isn't working either.
I enabled zoom ok, and it worked with super+alt+ = and -, but the
keybinding is broken, and will not detect the mouse scroll.
Fix the keybinding problem, and it fixes both problems.
