Public bug reported:
I don't know if it's a mutter, gnome, or wayland problem.
What happens is that when the screen locks, but the laptop hasn't
suspented, it won't come back and prompt me for the password. I have to
ctrl-alt-f2 to go to the console, then ctrl-alt-f1 to get back to the
graphical environment, and THEN the unlock dialog asking for my password
shows up. And beneath it is the normal login screen, displaying the
available users. So I have to cancel the password dialog box (from the
lock screen), and then login again as if I had selected to switch users.
Then I'm back to my desktop where it was before the screen was locked.
