Thanks. I can see both of those crashing in:
g_malloc0 () from /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libglib-2.0.so.0
meta_kms_device_post_update () from /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libmutter-17.so.0
Unfortunately that's still after the real source of the corruption
happened, because malloc can't be the cause, only the victim.
