> Bug #1881932 reported by Gannet on 2020-06-03

I just checked Ubuntu 26.06 pre-release and it still has not been fixed with
the original support for @ and @home Re-Introduced?

It is still affecting me and everyone else using Ubuntu & BTRFS!

Nearly every 3rd Party BTRFS application has or is affected by this
Installer change introduced in Ubuntu 24.04.

Today's Ubuntu BTRFS install no longer provides ANY separation of System
files and User Data files as everything is put under /.

Snapshot/Restore is a very major/key Feature of BTRFS and its a shame
its not being taken advantage of.

Canonical...?
