Public bug reported:
Ubuntu Desktop has been adopting xdg-terminal-exec as a way to configure the
user preferred terminal.
gnome-terminal provides a nautilus extension that adds "Open in Terminal" in
the context menu; we should replace that with a generic "Open in terminal"
context menu entry that opens the user preferred terminal through
xdg-terminal-exec.
